Dr. Victoria Shedrick

Owner, Lead Therapist

Hi there! I'm Dr. Victoria Shedrick, but most of my clients call me "Dr. V". I'm a licensed professional counselor in South Carolina and Georgia. I have nearly 20 years of counseling experience in various settings and with diverse populations.  Currently, my practice specializes in helping women overcome trauma, using EMDR therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Faith-based counseling.

I am also a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPCS) in South Carolina and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) in Georgia, offering clinical supervision to those working towards a state license.  I also provide coaching and consultation to therapists in private practice and workshops on various mental health topics to organizations.

Regardless of the path you're on or your specific needs, I welcome the opportunity to connect and serve!

NOTE: Dr. V is no longer accepting clients for therapy. She is however continuing to offer supervision and coaching services to therapists.

KAYONA WATSON

Graduate-level Therapist

Hello everyone, I’m Kayona. I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

I am passionate about helping clients focus on solutions and their problems, guiding them to recognize their inherent resilience and ability to overcome challenges. By emphasizing practical and forward-thinking strategies, I help support clients in building confidence and achieving their desired outcomes.

I am dedicated to creating a collaborative and supportive therapeutic environment where clients can develop skills to manage stress, improve emotional regulation, and achieve their personal goals. I work with individuals, children/adolescents and families that have a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and disruptive/impulse control.

Self-care is very important in my personal life, I love spending time with my family, getting a massage and sitting by the river to regain my energy.

My availability is Wednesday afternoons from 2-6pm. I look forward to helping you on your journey.
